Fast, friendly and professional. We had our capacitor go out on our AC in the dead of summer. Friendly secretary informed me that they may not be able to make it out same-day, as they had a ton of calls over the weekend. I was grateful they even answered the phone because everyone else in town was swamped. They ended up making it out that day and had the AC up and running by 1PM. Super happy with their service and reasonable price considering the circumstances.. Thanks a ton!

I called on a Friday morning and they had Robert call me back to make sure they knew my problem in order to have the correct tools with him. They arrived quickly, listened to the idiocies of my system. They had the problem resolved quickly and cleanly. Very friendly and to call over the weekend if we had any more trouble. Got lost then showed up and charged overtime at a rate of 300.00 for 45 mins. Owner never called us back! Will find another service. Btw the same part was replaced 2 months earlier by these people.
