This is a follow-up on the review I posted 3 months ago. Exactly 3 months after the repair, the tankless heater got the same problem. When I paid $312 in January, they told me they have 6 months warranty. So I called them. But they told me they don't have warranty unless I replaced the parts. This is VERY DIFFERENT from what they told me 3 months ago. I highly suspect the positive reviews were from themselves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE PRICE GOUGERS! On January 3, 2019. Our tankless water heater got a code 11, it was a ignator problem. They came and fixed it within 30 minutes. But they charged $312 for this. To break down: $59 for coming to your house, $117 for diagnosis, and $117 for fixing the problem, plus fees and taxes. When asked why they charged much higher than other plumbers, they said "because we are licensed plumbers". As if other plumbers were not. WILL NEVER USE THEM.
Leo was our technician. Very pleasant guy, positive attitude. We felt quite comfortable with him coming in our home. Honest and straightforward, it seemed like he actively wanted to help. He was considerate with pets and the state of the house. Got the job done, didn't nickel and dime us or anything. We will for sure be using BF going forward, and asking for Leo whenever possible!
Very professional! Patient and took time to answer all my many questions. Love that this company background checks and drug screens their technicians before they are allowed in the customer home. Will not use anyone else!
Punctual and professional. These guys showed up fast and fixed everything I needed. They also did a whole inspection of my home with the price they quoted. I'll call them again for sure.
These guys are terrible. You will be ripped off badly. My toilet was broken (nothing serious) just needed new parts inside the back. They sounded great at first because they could show up fast. Then they get there and said they could replace the parts in my toilet for $400! The two parts they were replacing cost $30 at Home Depot...they danced around the costs after I said I'm not paying that. Tried to pretend there pricing catalog was new and some other nonsense. I got them to lower it to 275 (after they "called their boss")...still a rip. Will never call them again.
