Excellent customer service and repair. Fast response, professional, respectful, informative, fair pricing. Willing to travel to Waco to take care of our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. We certainly will call them the next time we need help.
We had a water heater go out in a home we purchased a few months ago. We went through our home warranty program and we got luck enough to get get this company as our installers. We had to get some work that was not covered under the warranty to fit in a new water heater and they worked with us on the cost to make sure we were able to afford the upgrades to get up to code. They came in within 1 day were in and out in a matter of a about 2 hours. They were efficient and left the area clean.

BEWARE- they will charge you for things they do not do. Only get a star because you can’t give 0. Plumber tried to tell me how lucky I was that he was the one who came because most plumbers don’t know how to do slab leaks. Then does nothing but look at the water and charged a detection fee. Gave an outrageous price to detect and fix. So I did not have them proceed. I used another plumber that fixed it for a 1/4 of their fee. But not after being charged the detection fee by this rip off company for walking in and seeing water. Did not do ANY detection. Office mgr is very rude and does not care about customer service or doing what is right. They are crooks and don’t feel bad about screwing over customers. And it was very obvious that I wasn’t the first person to complain.
