I made several phone calls to Mr. Brown about potential problems I thought we were having with our septic system. Mr. Brown explained some things over the phone (over the weekend!!) and gave me tips and suggestions on what to do and what to look for. My problems were solved with his great assistance over the phone. He could have just as easily talked me into a service call and labor charges but he didn’t.
