I do NOT recommend this company. I am an HVAC service technician and wanted to get the gas turned on at a house I rent here in Sealy. Since I am not a certified plumber the city would not let me perform the required pressure test myself. Enter Sealy Plumbing. The first visit they found two things that were not to code and charged $245 to make the necessary repairs. That's the good part. They also charged $225 to perform the pressure test which failed. Instead of paying them another $200 some odd dollar charge my landlord had another plumber come out to find the leak that caused the pressure test to fail. It was in the connection to their pressure gauge. Now they want another $225 to perform another pressure test and we still have no gas so no heat. This is not how to treat customers. I could have referred them to quite a few of my clients but no way after this.
Very professional, fast, and quality work. Had another company come out first who was not able to find an outside access clean out; was here for 3 hours. He request for an access to be installed and wanted to look for the issue once that was complete. Sealy plumbing came out the following day, and within a short amount of time, located an access clean out, used the cam and found out it was a sewer leak. They immediately started on the work that needed to be completed in order to make the house safe for my family. They worked for three days and each day they arrived exactly on the time promised. Thank you for the great job! I would recommend them. In fact, my neighbor was here with them during a lot of the work and he too feels they provided such a professional, excellent service that he requested business cards and is providing their number to friends and family, such as I am.
