Called last night ,and this morning to schedule someone to come out to inspect my plumbing issue.Waited the whole day to get in touch with the plumber.Nobody called back!
The water shutoff valve under our sink needed to be replaced. When I called, Mary (I think...) was very kind in getting me scheduled. It may not seem like a big thing to most people but customer service over the phone has gone down in a lot of companies, so I appreciated her kindness when speaking with her to set the appointment. The day of, she also called me to let me know the technician was running about an hour behind. When he finally arrived, Sean was kind, courteous, helpful and straight forward. He explained their pricing and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and will definitely contact Raven in the future should the need arise. -Blessings
There was a small leak under my kitchen sink on Thursday night. I thought, “I’ll just try to tighten the connections and hope for the best”. Bad idea. Water went everywhere. I turned off the water at the street, and googled for a local plumber. Raven Mechanical came up. I was able to leave a message with a 24 hour line. Brandon called me first thing in the morning. We talked on the phone about the range of what it might cost me to fix the problem. The prices seemed in line with the going rates. I asked him how soon he could get to my house. He said right away. Brandon arrived, quickly determined what was needed, made a run to Home Depot, and all was well. He was fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

When one of the hoses for our hot water heater sprung a leak at 7:30pm on a Friday night, these guys came out when no one else would. It seems most "emergency plumbers" think the correct response to an emergency call is "leave us a message and we'll get back to you, maybe." Not Raven! The plumber who showed up, Brandon, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Raven to anyone having a plumbing emergency--well worth the money!
