Same-day service, arrived on time, and diagnosed the leak quickly. He could have sold me a water heater easily, but didn't. The plumber was professional and up front about cost, finished the job promptly, and was courteous the whole time. Great service!

This is the 2nd time I've used Rooter-Man. I've had the pleasure of working with Jason as well as David. Both were very experienced and honest! I had another company tell me there was a leak and I needed to have bricks removed from outside of the house to access it. David checked and there was no leak! Will 100% only use Rooter-Man from now on! :)

I had a really high water bill and had the City of Austin come out to check my meter. They determined I had a leak on my property. I called Rooter-Man Plumbing and they sent Curtis Kurka to help. I cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received. Curtis was very professional, courteous. Small water leaks are hard to find and can be a very expensive process. Curtis was extremely thorough and able to find and repair the leak source and all for a reasonable price. I recommend Rooster-Man Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Next time I need a plumber I'll be calling Rooster-Man AND asking for Curtis.

Today they went above and beyond by responding not only the same day but within 1 hour to handle a plumbing emergency.
