I am in the restoration industry and specialize in water damage. I work with, behind, and before plumbers everyday. It is often hard to find a reliable plumber who is keen to scheduling and professionalism. (Believe me I KNOW) They sent Ricardo Who was there within the hour. He detached the unit and left it on the ground until repairs had been made to the drywall. This saved Lisa S a lot of money and she did not Incur additional expenses. They also wrote a detailed report to give to insurance carrier for coverage purposes. I highly recommend this company!! I recently entered a maintenance contract with Texas AC Specialists and so far, so great! Everyone that I've spoken with at the office is super nice and helpful. During the process of getting an estimate and signing paperwork, Britney & Kristina in the office were on top of everything and worked with me to reach a deadline. The tech that came out to our property once all was said and done was also great. He knew what he was doing and didn't need me around to answer too many questions when I was busy taking care of my clients. There was open communication about everything he did and saw which I was very pleased with. You can tell this company puts the needs of their customers first.

We recently had Texas AC & Plumbing install a new air conditioner system and furnace system in our home. They did an excellent job. Brittany in the office also went over and above excellence with customer service. Brittany is professional and friendly. She made sure the rebate we were supposed to receive from Lennox was processed and kept us posted on the details. Thanks Texas AC & Plumbing for a job well done.

Excellent and prompt follow-up in relation to my water heater! Exceeded my expectations bu taking an added preventive measure to check the vent on my roof! Plus, Josh was personable and amazing in the way he explained everything that was needed to fix my water heater!
