Steve was great! We were in a pinch on a Friday night with a gushing kitchen faucet. Steve was able to talk us through a quick fix until we could find a more permanent solution. Very helpful and knowledgeable while doing everything over the phone. To the next person who gets Steve to fix your plumbing problem - you’re in good hands!

Scott was fantastic! Had to call after hours on a Sunday for our AC not working. He was very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. Nothing negative to say about him whatsoever! Thank you again Scott for helping us out!!!

Wayland was able to diagnose our AC issue in about 10 minutes and then proceeded to fully explain what happened and what needed to be done. He had us up and working within an hour. The serviceman (Steve) was on time. He said what he believed the solution was and gave me options. I told him what I wanted and left him to accomplish the task. I've had this water flow problem for years. If the task was easy or simple I would have taken care of it years ago. Steve said what he was going to do, how long it would take and by golly, he did it. I am very happy, obviously with the outcome but also with the courtesy and care Steve gave me. It won't be difficult for me to choose Fox next time I have a plumbing issue.
