Imperial Plumbing

We moved into a 100+ year old house a few years ago, and immediately needed a good plumber. Our friend recommended Toby at Imperial and we couldn't be happier. To date, he has run a new gas line to our dryer, repaired a leaky waterline under the house, installed a new water heater and fixed a backed up sewer line. He has always taken the time to do things right and he is an excellent communicator. He is our go-to plumber and we highly recommend him.

Imperial Plumbing and Toby Thomas are our go-to plumber. We have a 30-plus year old house, which means you better have a good plumber because problems are inevitable. Imperial has taken care of issues ranging from mundane (a toilet not properly flushing or replacing a garbage disposal) to the much more urgent (a dead and leaking hot water heater). When our hot water heater expired, Toby got to us rapidly, evaluated the situation, and arranged for water remediation (water leaked into a wall). He installed a new hot water heater, set up a drainage system, and replaced old, inefficiently designed pipes. I strongly recommend Imperial Plumbing.

Fast, efficient, professional service! I had originally scheduled the service for wed and they managed to fit me in a day sooner. They also answered every question I had and thoroughly explained what my hot water heater issue was and simple maintenance I can do for it. I would highly recommend!
