Duane did a wonderful job, he went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Exceptional service, I would recommend this company to everyone.
We have been customers of BCI Mechanical for HVAC and plumbing issues for the past 6 years. Have used them multiple times each year. I am givning them 1 star as they are using a new pricing system - flat fee - and the prices have almost doubled! We have a running toliet and the price to repair (replace the insides) is $235! We had the same thing done about a year ago on two toliets and the cost was $135 for each one. We will no longer use BCI Mechanical.
