Recently had to replace a leaking hot water heater. The customer service was top notch all the way around. They called to ask if they could arrive early and completed it in a timely manner. Price was competitive and plumbers were knowledgable about both plumbing and the companies policies. I feel relieved to have found a great plumbing company.

A couple of reasons I LOVE Force Home Services. I called around 4:00 pm and reported my AC wasn't working. By 6:45 pm the SAME day, Travis arrived!! He was so professional, communicative, and personable. All your techs are this way! I was quite satisfied with Travis' explanation of what was going on. He was detailed and didn't "mansplain" to me!! Thanks for your promptness and professionalism, Travis!!

I have to give Arthur a A++, not only was Arthur on time but, he was very professional. He treated my house as if it was his own. He was very knowledgeable about all the questions that I had about my new unit. I will recommend Force Home Service as a #1 service providers amongst the best. Recently, I had another issue with my air condition system and technician Mr. Jorge Rodriguez came out to the rescue. Not only did he arrive earlier than the suggested time he diagnosed the problem and had me back in business the following day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions that I had about the a/c panel replacement. And once again, I will recommend Force Home Service as a #1 service providers amongst the best. Once Again, Jorge "Thank You"!!

Very responsive for a hot Saturday morning. Call for air conditioner service was answered quickly and professionally. Scheduler took my information and advised a tech would call within 30 minutes. Received call from technician George Rodriguez within 25 minutes. George reviewed my request and advised he had 2 calls ahead of me, but provided an expected arrival window. George arrived prior to the time provided, troubleshot the issue and had me back up and cooling in less than 15 minutes. Everything about George was professional and customer service oriented. I give him high marks for his customer facing skills. His tech skills in this scenario were equally efficient. I had already determined that I had a bad start capacitor on my condenser motor, but didn’t want to mess with it. I observed George as he troubleshot the issue quickly. It is at this point some homeowners are vulnerable to the dishonest practices of service companies and end up paying hundreds or thousands more than necessary. George verified the problem capacitor and changed it, even suggesting it’s failure was due to the storms we had experienced two days earlier which most likely caused a voltage surge on the line. I gave 5 starts for this review because they earned it. I would highly recommend Force Home Services, and especially George. Job well done.

WOW. They are amazing at customer service! I called because of a broken A/C and spoke to a fantastically kind, patient, and knowledgeable person at 11am, Travis (who might just be the nicest person I've ever met) was here by 1, and he was able to create a temporary fix for us by 3:30pm! Travis was so great at explaining how the system works and what was the issue in an accessible way so I felt informed and he was so respectful and kind. Strongly recommend Force, especially Travis!! Called again for plumbing this time and Brad was fantastic. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything and saved me money by being honest about what actually needed to be repaired and what was fine. It's great knowing I have people I can trust now, because I've been burned by other companies looking to make a quick buck. I'm really grateful to Force!
