Knee Deep Plumbing

Knee deep is always quick to answer my calls or call me back when I'm in trouble with my various plumbing projects! They are my go to plumber after a few failed attempts with other companies. Thank you knee deep for coming to my rescue yet again!!

I just had two guys come to my moms house and they did a great job. We’ve had plumbing issues for a few years and they made sure everything was taken care of. Have us correct information that we were given wrong and overall gave us a great experience. They will be the only plumbing company in our future! Thank you again for such great men and hard work.

I called Knee Deep Plumbing when the toilet in my office building backed up. My office is a converted house. Knee Deep diagnosed the problem as a clogged pipe, However, they spent the first day at my office trying to get their auger to reach the clog. They failed and I had no restroom in my office for a day. Knee Deep continued their auger efforts on Day 2, taking apart a sink in an attempt to reach the clog. They failed and my office continued to be without a restroom. Finally, they informed they would have to call a second plumbing company to bust the clog. The second plumbing company actually fixed the problem very quickly and I paid them $450. Knee Deep reassembled all the things they had taken apart o that I had the use of the restroom at the end of day 2 when they left. Knee Deep charged me $819.45 to NOT fix the clog. Then Knee Deep charged me an additional $139 to fix a leak that appeared in the sink they had dismantled. Though the sink did not leak before Knee Deep worked it over. They still charged me $139 to fix the leak they caused. Finally, the following week Knee Deep sent me a proposal for $2,000 worth of work at my location that they wanted to do. It is hard to imagine a worse plumbing service experience.

I own Kampfam RV on Mayhill Rd here in Denton. I've had trouble with our sewer line ever since the electric company drilled through our riser line and sewer line at the beginning of the year. After having the line jetted twice by the City and another company, it was still getting plugged. Brian from Knee Deep found out it was mud and silt built up in the line and anchoring some rocks that had been pushed up the line from the previous break. The rocks acted as teeth snagging debris as it went down the pipe causing it to build up over time into a blockage. Brian cleared the plug in the line and then found a way to successfully auger the line and clear out the silt. He could have left the job after clearing the plug but he went the extra mile and modified some of his equipment to try and remove as much of the mud as possible. After running the auger down, he ran a camera down to make sure the line was as clean as possible. There was no silt in the line where there had previously been about an inch of silt. Kudos to Brian and his partner, and to Knee Deep for a job well done, for going the extra mile, and for ensuring the job was complete. As an extra bonus their price for the job was extremely reasonable and fair. I appreciate a good job at a fair price which is what I give my customers, I'm very pleased that there are other businesses out there that do the same. I would not hesitate to recommend Knee Deep Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thank you so much for giving me one less thing to be concerned about, well done!

They did an awesome job! I had to call them many times to ask questions before I settled on which company to hire and spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly and took her time to answer all of my questions. They arrived on time and fixed the problem the most cost effective way, which I was not quoted by other companies. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing issues.
