Phillip provided excellent, professional service. Customer Service answered promptly and scheduled us quickly. Phillip actually arrived earlier than scheduled and called first to ensure we would be available and it was convenient for us to have our service done earlier. Horizon Plumbing was the original contractor to build out the plumbing in our new home here at Robson Ranch when we moved here Dec 2016. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs as well.

It was disappointing that it took two trips to replace a valve on a Moen single handle kitchen faucet. Most plumbers I would expect to have this part on their truck since virtually all Moen single handle faucets use the same valve. The plumbers were very nice and personable no issue with them. Maybe it is a company issue not stocking their trucks appropriately.

I highly recommend Horizon Plumbing. If you have Rinnai tankless call them FIRST! They are experts with Rinnai. We actually had other plumbers take a look, and it was clear the other plumbers were clueless. The Horizontal plumbers came in and serviced our unit like true experts. Great company.
