We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. They will definitely be our new go to Plumbers:).

Sales company, options just a way to get more money from customer, I did research and they lied to old lady saying they don't instal dishwater cleaners in mobile home, without a garbage disposal. Never did I ever feel so uncomfortable on service call. They got her for over $1,000. My heart broke when she pulled me aside asking if was true and how they took majority of her money that day. Ijs be wary people. God is good.
This was the best experience we have ever had with any plumbing company very professional they gave us an estimate over the phone the guys came out the next day and did their job the price was very close to the estimate. They did recommend other work that we do need to help correct our problem from reoccurring they took the time and wrote out the estimate a no pressure here you go we’re here for you when you’re ready. My husband also commented to them how appreciative we were and how different they were to other companies and they shared how happy they were to work for City Base Plumbing and it shows!! Great Job! We will definitely be back!! Thank you.
We haven't had running water since November and we finally decided to call City Base Plumbing once we had enough money saved up. They sent Angel over and he was able to find the problem, run a quick test, and get our water running within an hour. I can finally take a proper shower for the first time in months thanks to City Base Plumbing. Thank you again for the fast and friendly service!
