We had a broken pipe from the meter to our home that was caused by tree roots in our front yard. S & S was prompt and courteous in helping us troubleshoot and solve the problem. Joshua and Damian, our two technicians, did a thorough and outstanding job. They did not quit until they knew the problem was fixed, going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I would recommend this company to anyone without reservations!!

I needed a water leak repair behind a vanity sink, busted at 2am. Worked on getting the water cut off to the house with the help of city services. Joshua and Damien arrived in the afternoon and introduced themselves and started assessing the repairs needed. The vanity cold water line behind the wall had ruptured, they accessed it through a panel were a previous repair was done. They replaced the line and cut off valves, and double checked for leaks. The second part was the customer cut off valve by the water meter failed which resulted in digging out the water meter cover in the early hours of the morning. The valve will be replaced, thanks to Josh explaining the need and requirements to the owner of the property.
