Robert and his team at SERVPRO of Universal City/St. Hedwig were awesome. Can't thank them enough for the quick late night response and immediate action to get things dried out at my folks place. Servpro's staff caused obvious damage to my flooring and a wall in the entry of my new home. We were assured that the damage would be fixed promptly. Robert was reachable and even came out to survey the damage, take pictures and sent pictures of samples that we might like. The last time we spoke with Robert was weeks ago. We have left several messages and have yet to receive a return call. I am highly disappointed in Robert and Servpro.
Robert and his team are very kind and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and always have the answers to any problem that you may have. I have spoken with Robert many times with issues regarding my home, and he always has quick answers and solutions to resolve my issues at hand. He is always very professional and willing to do what ever he can to take care of his customers and ensure they are happy and well taken care of. Robert and his team were terrific. Professional, thorough, efficient. They drove from TX to help with homes in MN after huge amounts of snow, then rain, resulted in massive flooding. So grateful for their responsiveness and excellent work.
These guys are first class professionals. First and foremost, they did excellent work - very detailed, thorough, and informative along the way. Second, they jumped on job ASAP after a hurricane (when obviously they were getting a zillion calls per day). Third, they spent all the time necessary to help guide us thru the review process with the insurer, and waited patiently for that to end. I could not recommend them higher!
