Ace Septic & Plumbing Co

We had a nightmare experience with another septic company where we waited 2 month with no install and gave Ace Septic a call. We were informed they would be out in a few days to get a septic tank installed. Our home builder was informed and Ace and our builder were in close contact to get a quote. Ace Septic sensed an urge of emergency to get the job done, therefore we were quoted $3,000 more than the going rate. Instead of helping us turn a horrible septic experience into a positive one with a new customer Ace Septic tried to take advantage of our situation.

Service was fine, they we 1 1/2 late which caused me to pay plumbers just to sit there. Had they called to tell me they were running late i might have been able to stall plumber. I asked for a discount being that I encured addition expences and they said no. In the end it costed me twice the price because i had to pay plumbers. Don't beleve i will be using them again.

After i waited almost 5 hrs from another company i called ace septic and A guy named james came out I called they were in my area 45 mins. Later they were at my house. An excellent company wounderful customer service. Will defiantly be calling them for future needs. Thank you ace septic y'all are the greatest.

These guys are amazing we had a very bad septic backup they came out no problem twice ,we were so happy with the customer service and professionalism. They cared so much and it showed we highly recommend ,thank you again .

I was very happy with the customer service. Received the call from PJ to let me know they were on the way and PJ and Kenneth showed up on time. They were friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend Ace Septic & Plumbing.
