Our main water line busted inside our basement. Justin came out, diagnosed the issue, and broke the news that we needed a new water line. The next day he returned with a helper, dug up the yard, installed the line, and cleaned up the yard. We were super impressed with their professionalism and how they explained every detail to us. Having to replace both your HVAC unit and your water heater within the same year is a very stressful & expensive chain of events. Thomas & Gavin did a wonderful job installing my shiny new water heater and although removing the old one was a chore, they never complained or showed any frustration. My old water heater wouldn't fit through the door because the wonderful people who built this house must have thought it would have never had to come back out & see the light of day or rather it wasn't going to be their problem so they didn't really care. So far, I've had nothing but a great experiences with One Hour & Ben Frank. I definitely recommend them. Great customer service & quality work.

Woke up yesterday morning and my water heater had leaked in my garage. Got in touch with Benjamin Franklin plumbing around 5:45 am and by 6:30 am Bernie was already at my house. He left and came back around 11:15 and replaced my Whole unit around 1 Hr and was awesome. This and their other co one hour heating and air have been phenomenal. They have made our repairs easy and painless would recommend to anyone

My technician was excellent in figuring out the issue that I was having with my cooling system for my house. He was a true professional at doing his job. On August 1st I had my air conditioning and heating unit replaced as well as all ductwork, by One Hour. My initial contact person was Matt who was professional and very knowledgeable. He was cordial and polite and answered all questions. He explained all options and did not pressure us into any purchase. A pleasant experience. On installation day, Nick, Jay and Thomas arrived and went straight to work. They also were polite and professional and went out of their way to answer questions and explain each step of the install. I recieved top shelf treatment from all four One Hour employees and would recommend them, their company and their products. My wife and I are very pleased with the unit, and their work.
