Alford Plumbing

Called to schedule an estimate for plumbing a new addition onto our home. The woman on the phone was friendly and all was until I was told the estimate would be $100 due to the time it would take to look at the project. I explained that the first floor joist had yet to be installed so the planning would not take long, just mainly totaling up a cost. Even though I explained all this I would still be charged 100 dollars for a someone to discuss running pipes for all of about 5-10 minutes. Sorry I am not willing to pay double the estimate cost because of an arbitrary decision made over the phone based solely on the project being new construction.

We had a shower leak that several other plumbers were unable to fix. Alford Plumbers, BJ and Al, listened to me and actually fixed the leak within 40 min. at a very reasonable rate! Very happy with this company!!!

Water heater went out over the weekend and called Danny. He had a team at the house first thing Monday morning. Reviewed heater, discussed needs, gave reasonable estimate and completed work in a professional manner. Hot water before 1pm with brand new water heater installed. Thank you Alford plumbing.

WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!! Danny and his employees are absolutely amazing. I am so thankful to have met Danny through my previous employer and when I needed help in a hurry he did not hesitate one bit to provide service. His employees have gone above and beyond what a normal call would be and I am so thankful for them and their kindness to my parents. Your guys are awesome!!!
