Courtesy Flush -- Sewers and Drains

Courtesy Flush should be flushed Theo came to my place to repair a broken toilet drain. After evaluating the problem at 8 p m I suggested doing the job the next day at 8 am. Theo agreed and promised to be back at my place to fix my toilet so we could use it the next day Theo never showed up on 7/30/19 at 8 am l called, texted no response. The telephone on your stupid website is disconneted. I shall file a small claims action against this terrible company. If you are an honest person l would not call Courtesy Flush. My experience with them was awfull and they are not reliable . Hope they go out of business and Theo dies. Ernest Thomas

I could not have asked for any better service. Theo was quick to respond and take care of the problem (a burst pipe). He was also extremely pleasant to talk to, and my dog loves him now. I’ll definitely use Courtesy Flush again anytime I need any plumbing work done and would recommend him to everyone without hesitation. Great work!!! A+!!! 100/100 stars!!! All that praise!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY to hire. We attempted to install a dishwasher ourselves (we are pretty handy DIY’ers). Quickly realized that we were going to need additional work done. Called several Plummer’s in the area including some we had used before and weren’t impressed with. No one could come out the same day and we were dealing with a faulty shut off valve that was leaking continuously. We happened to come across COURTESY FLUSH and gave them a call expecting the same response as the others. To my surprise, Theo put us on his schedule later in the evening after an already full day of jobs! Communicated when he was on the way and was extremely professional when he arrived. He got the job done so we could get back to our normal routine, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his knowledge and work ethic. Not only that, we weren’t gouged with after hours charges either! We now have Theo & Courtesy Flush on speed dial for any of our future plumbing needs- and there will be many upcoming remodeling projects. So glad we found this company!!

Theo was absolutely wonderful to work with! We called a couple people in the area and they gave us two week minimum wait to come out. We called Theo and he came out that same day despite typical Alaskan weather, to look at and fix few leaky faucets we had, helped us order the parts that were needed and installed quickly a couple of days later. Very personable and professional and will be our go-to guy from now on. Works on the weekends and no after hour charges! 100% recommend to anyone living in the eagle river/chugiak area to use him!
