Emily was delightful and let me know on an ongoing basis when Tim would arrive. Tim was very professional and provided some useful tips about my allergy issues. The service was exactly as advertised. Tim even discovered a clogged pipe which I had missed. They are very service oriented and honest. This is the third time they have come to service my heating or air conditioning. David arrived while I was on the phone on an international call. He was most patient and understanding. He explained the services carefully and warned me about a weak starter. I had had it replaced a year ago so he will put in another one next week at no charge. Their communication is excellent. They reconfirm your appointment and call you as the tech gets near your house. I love this company.

Buddy Sullivan did an excellent job today while servicing my heating and AC unit. When he completed his inspection upstairs he turned off all the lights and closed the doors just as he found them. No technician had ever done that. I really appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail! Thanks for a great job!

Michael Lamb provided service that I would consider greater than 5 star. Our air conditioner was not cooling properly and Michael explained in simple terms the issue and the course of action required to rectify the issue. We felt comfortable with the assessment and the course of action. Although 5 star does not work with home warranty services Michael went the extra to explain to the service agent the issue that we were experiencing which they decided to partially cover the cost of the repair I believe, because of Michael's involvement. Once the compressor came in Michael installed and checked out everything repeatedly until we were satisfied and comfortable with the work. Because of Michael I have a very excellent outlook on Five Star PHC.

They were very fast for us too knowing we needed it soon. They rushed a part for us. Quality customer service. I will definitely recommend Five Star to anyone. Thank you Donnie.
