I posted this on yelp too; We used Brothers twice in the past two weeks for one lighting fixture, four fans and two dimmers. Dillon’s attention to detail in his craft showed. The work was stellar and we signed up for an annual service membership. We have a few more projects that we need done in the near future (240v for spa and other things). Will use Brothers again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others.

I have used Brothers for years, they are the best in town. Very nice, prompt and get the job done quickly. I also like it that the dispatcher calls 30 minutes before the repairperson arrives so if I'm out I can get home in time!

They were amazing! Jonathan did a great job fixing my leaks, replacing the faulty bladder on my water heater and replacing a faucet in my master bath. It was a thorough job done well. They were here right when they said they would be and cleaned up everything before they left which was a pet peeve with previous contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again! Highly recommended!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beware. I called in an emergency request to have the AC unit checked last night in a rental home I had tenants in with a heart condition and a baby. The unit was off for 6 hrs before the technician got there and he barely looked at the unit and said it was frozen. He said they would come back out the next day to repair after it thawed. I messaged the technician at 9:50am requesting a time they would be out there I got no response. I then called the office and she said she was not sure but would call me back. I did not receive a call until 2pm with them saying no one would be coming out there today. Not only did I pay $149.50 to have someone come out for nothing but they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond In a timely manner or make sure someone could come out and fix the unit today. It’s 90 degrees outside today and now my tenants have to go else where and I had to employ an entirely different company to come out and fix it. They had zero issue with keeping my $149.50 and showed zero concern for getting someone out there ASAP when they knew the circumstances. Will never recommend them. They will take your money and run.

Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is an easy company to work with. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional. Our initial service call had to be rescheduled twice due to repairs scheduled before us needing additional time. I was contacted prior to our appointment time to reschedule. I received a call when the service tech was on the way which was helpful. Estimate was given after first visit & parts were ordered. Explanation of repair was thorough & complete. We were very pleased with repairs. A service tech came out quickly after our initial repair to tighten a faucet at no extra cost. Would use Brothers again!
