This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin. I Spoke with Mrs. Kim in the office who told me a technician would arrive within two hours and he was here within an hour. I was concerned that I may have a water leak but lucky for me that was not the case. The technicians inspected the areas of concern and explained to me what was causing the issue. They told me no repairs were necessary and provided me with some simple steps I could take to resolve the issue. Nothing better than finding a service company that you can trust! Honest, polite and professional. If I have any future plumbing issues at my home or businesses, they will be the ones I call.

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because my wife had met them at her job location and was impressed with how polite and professional they were under some difficult circumstances gaining access to the work location (which required a lot of paperwork and red tape). The plumber (Billy) called to let me know he was on his way so I had a good 20 minute heads-up. He arrived well within the window of the scheduled time which is always appreciated. While the original quote was a little high to me, it was mostly due to the fact that the plumber I used to use (before he retired) was a one-man shop and it was hard to beat his prices. However, Billy from BF Plumbing performed the work extremely efficiently with great professionalism and the final bill was below the original estimate, so I was very pleased to say the least. I will definitely use this company again if I need a plumber in the future.

If the water don’t kill you Benjamin will : I had a leak on a Sunday. They charged me 715 dollars for one hour of simple intervention...

Rick and Kyle came to our rescue on a Saturday! They did an awesome job installing my new gas cooktop and running the line. Rick cut a nice clean line to run the pipes and did his best to take up as little space as possible, so I could keep my drawer space under the cooktop. Both men were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Rick was even entertaining while my little ones watched Disney movies in the background, singing along and acting out some parts. Thank you Rick, Kyle, and Tony for all your help and saving my weekend! We will call you anytime we have a plumbing problem to be solved.
