Workers were promptly on time. Did repairs as requested, cleaned up behind themselves. The price was more than reasonable based on comparisons from other firms. I won't hesitate to call J Stephens Plumbing LLC for future plumbing problems in my house.

Excellent experience with Jay and Louis. Our toilets and showers backed up late on a Friday night. Called them at 1PM and Jay answered. Jay spent a lot of time on the phone with me and scheduled us for Saturday. Louis came to our house the next day. He got us temporarily fixed, till he get schedule the job to replace our waste pipe under the house. 70 feet of the original cast iron pipe needed to be replaced. The job was done this past Tuesday to our satisfaction. And the price was reasonable for comparable jobs. Definitely do what they say they are going to do and stand behind their work. We have found our new plumber, since the old one retired. Great family owned plumbing business.

Jay answered his phone on a Saturday evening and came out Sunday morning to survey and bid. Mr Stephens tells it exactly how it is - he analyzes the problem and recommends the correct, long-term fix. This distinguishes him from many outfits that will recommend an expedient but sub-optimal repair. Jay is extremely knowledgeable; a consummate tradesman. His crew are clean cut, courteous, and efficient. Also, the estimate matched the invoice. 5 Stars for Jay and team.

We had a pipe break in our foundation last week and I called around but Jay was the first person to call back. Within 10 mins and was able to have a crew at our house that day. They put together an estimate for my insurance company and once it was approved they started. They were extremely knowledgeable to what the issues were, the best way to resolve it so it wouldn't happen again in the future and anticipated the needs of the insurance company to get it approved quickly. It took 2 days of them staying late to get the entire house repiped and the water turned on. We have small kids so it made a bad situation as good as possible and now everything is new. I recommend these guys - they were all professional, always on time and helpful through the process to the point that it was easy. Thanks guys!

Professional from start to finish! Had a new tank-less hot water heater installed, couldn't be happier. Jay and crew were quick, courteous and efficient. Very impressed with there service. Highly recommend .
