Great guy. Great work. He works with the customer. No condescending cutdowns. Treats women well. This is unusual. Highly recommend!
Update to earlier review (shown below). Had to have outdoor regulator and pipe replaced. Called Roadrunner 2x and left messages both times--no reply. Unacceptable. Called another plumber (found on Yelp) and they showed up as promised w/in two hours of calling. Replaced my water heater yesterday. Has done other plumbing work for us in the past. Always prompt, thorough and fair priced. Doesn't cut corners. Shows up as promised and finishes on time and within price quote. Also does AC work--but we haven't needed that yet!
Bill was awesome, called him up when my water heater went out. He was there in an hour. When he showed up he had the new water heater and all the gear required to replace and install the new heater. He is upfront of what is needed. He does not try to upsell, great price for the quality of work. The whole process took 1 1/2 hours. He is the owner and operator. Takes pride in his work. If you need a good plumber this is the man for the job.
Great service and prompt response. Really nice guy and he knows what he's doing.
