PLUMBERS WITH INTEGRITY - I applaud the Hammer guys for making things right with a service call that didn’t go completely right. Things happen and when they do, it’s honest and credible contractors who take the time to care and fix it that wins the day. And will win my business going forward. I always check google reviews before I hire a contractor. Hammer Plumping has very good reviews, so I called them to schedule next day service. Victor called me when he was on his way. He inspected my leaking PVC pipe inside of water meter box, gave me a fair price quote and fixed the leak. And then I found out my kitchen sink base was loose, Victor was very patiently waiting for me to go get the new faucet and he did great job. Thanks Victor. I am definitely going to use Hammer Plumbing for my plumbing works in the future.
Hammer came and looked at our drains for the association, we had another local company work on one of the drains with poor success. Hammer came out on our problem drains, came up a solution. With all of the rain we have had this year the problem has appeared to be solved. They had to do more work than they expected but held to their original quote. Super clean up, they have also worked on a septic tank for me personally and also cleaned the yard drains. First class operation, very friendly employees and owners. The will be you one and only call needed to fix your problem.
Their technician, Francisco, was very courteous and professional. Explained the problem and required repair. Completed job very quickly once he picked up the part needed for the repair. I was happy the company was able to schedule the repair in a couple of days. I had previously called and left messages to other three plumbing companies. Only one called back several days later. Hammer Plumbing were the only one with an actual person answering my calls. Will definitely use them again in the future.
I’ve done business with this family for years and they are truly amazing people. They are honest, reliable, responsive and fair.
