I just wanted to thank Zimmerman’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for helping me out on an emergency call Saturday 7/27/19. I had a leak under my sink and could not control it on my own so I shut off the main water valve – which left me without water, toilet use, etc. I immediately contacted the company I’ve been using for the last few years. The owner picked up and said he was injured and could not make the call. He then recommended another company in the area. I called them and was shocked at the incredible rude way I was treated by a third party taking their calls over the weekend. I then contacted Zimmerman’s who I used to use in the early 2000’s before I switched over to a friend of mine. Zach Troutman at Zimmerman’s picked up on Saturday and said he would be here in an hour or so after his current call. He followed through and showed up on time to assess the situation. He then provided me with a proposal to fix the problem – I agreed, and then he proceeded to repair the leak. He was professional, courteous and did everything he said he would do. He also did an excellent job and he performed it on very such short notice. I highly recommend Zach Troutman and I certainly recommend Zimmerman’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to those reading this review. Great job guys!

Very professional and knowledgeable folk! Zimmerman's has helped me for years in multiple older houses. One time they caught an installation problem in the ventilation of a gas powered hot water heater that was unrelated to the call, but was a serious matter. The Borough codes inspector was called in, backed up what Zimmermans said, and the contractor who had installed the water heater was forced to rectify the situation at their own expense. This was a potentially life saving thing that they just happened to notice while in the house.

Zimmerman does a great job! They installed our hvac system and they do great preventative maintenance!

Excellent work. Very reliable and the technicians are always very friendly. They might not be the cheapest around but, my wife and I trust them and will be using them for a very long time. Thank you Zimmerman!
