Great work from Chip and was able to come the day I called. I needed some plumbing work done for a dishwasher install and he matched what the installation price would have been plus parts. Was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Great Job!!!

I had Chip replace our water heater. He called me back within about 2 hours of my first call to him. He scheduled to come out the next morning. When our power was out the next morming he said just call him when it's back and he would be over, and he was! He was very nice and quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely call him next time I need a plumber.

The pump that drains the water from our wash tub where the washing machine empties into died, so I couldn't use it. I looked on Google and found Progress Plumbing. I read all the reviews stating how pleased people were and figured I would give them a call. To my surprise, Chip called me within 2 hours and said he would try to come the next day to check it out; even though I told him it was not a real emergency since my neighbor offered to help. But, sure enough, Chip called early the next morning to see if it would be ok for him to come. After he checked the problem, measured for a new one, called around for a replacement, went to pick it up and installed it, I now have a fully working washing machine in less than two hours. Well, needless to say, I am THRILLED! and now have found a plumber that is honest, efficient and thorough. Plus, he also said he will be back for some other issues that need fixing in a week or two. Found Chip's company through these reviews. He came out quickly in response to an emergency. Identified and fixed the problem right away at a good price. I would gladly call him again for help.

Chip is affordable, entertaining and fast. He gets the job done the first time. He's our go to guy from now on.
