Rob W. and Tim A. are the dynamic duo! I needed plumbing in my shower repaired, the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. They made recommendations about changing/updating a few things as well, which were also done quickly and efficiently. At first, I was nervous about being alone in my house with a stranger. I quickly realized I had nothing to be afraid of. The company sends a picture of the repair tech prior to their arrival which is AWESOME! So I knew exactly who to expect at my door, and when to expect them as they also send GPS updates on their arrival. Rob and Tim had no problem with my dog being in the house and in the way at times. When he was in the way, he's a curious dog, they just took 2 seconds to pet him instead of being annoyed and telling him to go lay down. At one point they had to drain the water heater and prior to doing so they inquired about the dog running off if the door was open a bit. (As a dog owner, these things meant a lot to me.) They walked in and immediately put on shoe covers, they used drop-clothes/towels wherever they worked and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and technical abilities of Rob and Tim and the company as a whole.

Dan did a great job! He was on time and he was pleasant, professional and I was very satisfied with the work. He carefully went through all my options on the initial visit. When he returned to do the work, he explained everything he was doing and answered any questions. Also, he was careful not to track any dirt through the house. I would definitely recommend him and Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

Rod was excellent. I was in a hurry to get the issue with our central AC resolved as we had guests arriving that afternoon. Rod arrived on time, was highly professional and cordial. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it to us well and completed the work to our total satisfaction. The pricing was fair and the service was great. Will use again!

Dan Good did a great job! He was very professional! He was able to figure out our problem and explained what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable! This was our first experience with Mattioni Plumbing and we will definitely call them again!

Rod H. was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable as he explained all that he intended to accomplish prior to executing the work. He asked several times if I had any questions and invited me to watch all work that was required. He completed the task in a timely manner and the system is responding well to his accurate work-order completion. Rod is an exceptional young man and a competent technician!
