Gemma at the front desk is very friendly and professional. All the techs there are awesome and give great professional service. They are neat when they enter the house with drop clothes and very respectful of the home. I highly recommend My Favorite Plumber.

We couldn't be more satisfied. Gemma in the office was professional and most important caring and pleasant. Jose Ortiz, our service Tech, was extremely processional, helpful, and readily kept us informed. He is a real asset to the business. Any other plumbing needs will surely be directed to My Favorite Plumber and we will ask that Jose provide our service if he is available. Great experience overall.

Gemma from scheduling/front desk was very unreliable and unprofessional. My appointment was canceled due to an emergency on their part. I was the one that had to call to reschedule. Gemma never called me back. I called the next day and she said the only time they could give me was for Friday but I was not available. I asked if Monday was okay but she told me that they have a tight schedule and she would have to check with the workers and get back to me. Five days later, no follow up until today. She called and told me that she was calling to confirm our appointment for today. There was no appointment ever made since she never called me back. I told her I already found another plumber.She told me that she was waiting to hear from me. Really? Waiting for what? I already told her I was available on Monday. She was the one that said she would call back. Instead of apologizing and saying sorry for the miscommunication. She responded and said something like " well, regardless..what did you want to do". I felt like she had no concern for the customers. She needs to learn how to deal with customers with courtesy and respect and not be defensive. She is lacking customer service skills. All she needed to say was a simple and sincere apology for the miscommunication and provide service recovery and try to make it right. We all make mistakes and I would totally understand if she forgot to follow up but don't turn things around and make me look like I was the one at fault. You need someone that works for scheduling that has good communication skills and knows how to treat your customers right! I NEVER write reviews but I am appalled on how she handled our conversation today..totally unacceptable!!

This business came out to my mother's house to repair a bath faucet and trip lever. They would not give her any estimate on price over the phone and never discussed any service charge. Upon arrival, the technician quoted her a price over $700. She decided this was far too high for the job and decided against the service. He was unaware if there would be a fee for coming out and called back to his company. The woman on the phone replied that it would cost over $150. We refused to pay this price and offered a smaller sum for his time. I spoke to the woman on the phone who cut me off multiple times, lied about her conversations with my mother and eventually hung up on me. I have since filed a complaint about this business. Not surprisingly, she replied to the complaint with a handful of lies as well about how I was the belligerent one. I would never work with business again!

Not sure what happened to this company - we used them for the past 7 years and had no issues, the plumber was a super friendly guy, etc. I recently called twice to schedule an appt and had to leave messages since nobody answered. I never heard back, so I tried one last time, and again had to leave a message. I finally received a call back and scheduled an appointment. The appointment time window was for 8:00-8:30am. The plumber never showed up. I called the office at 9am and was told that the plumbers took an emergency call at 7am and that they were still on that call and they didn't know when they'd be finished. Sorry, but you just lost a repeat customer as my time is valuable as well. A simple courtesy call stating they were running late would have been nice, but it seems their customer service has gone out the window.
