The dispatcher advised there would be a $59 fee just to come out and said on two occasions, the plumber would want to do the work right then and there. The plumber walks in the door, said he's not doing the work today, wrote an expensive estimate, told me he can only come on weekdays when I work, and charged me $59. So basically they charge $59 to write an estimate. Said it would take 6 hours to change a toilet seal, a drain pop up valve and the knobs that shut off the water for the washing machine. Knobs with clear access. Amendment: The company called me regarding my negative experience and resolved the issue by refunding the $59.
Charged my mom $50 to come to house and said they couldn’t do anything. She called another plumber and they came and fixed the issue the same day.
