In the past, I have used John Daimion. He is , profession, experienced and truly a good guy. I highly recommend him. I have lung cancer and have difficulty breathing. In July, I had an extremely hard time breathing due to the very hot weather. A lot of air conditioners were not running properly due to the weather including mine. John was not able to do anything for us as far as the air conditioning went but he did call me on the phone to check up on me. He was concerned about my health and wanted to make sure I was managing okay. John went on to give me his personal phone number to call him if I needed him. I was so appreciative of this gesture. It just showed me what kind of person he is. So not only do they do excellent work, they genuinely care about their clients and that kind of loyalty is hard to find.

MD's tech John just completed an annual residential maintenance service on one of our properties. He was very professional, answered a number of questions I had and completed the job in a very workmanlike manner. I have used Michall Daimion on other properties in the past and I can recommend them highly for system design, equipment installation and ongoing service needs. They are extremely good at what they do and take their approach to customer satisfaction very seriously. 8/14/2019 this is the second consecutive annual maintenance performed by John (& Ted) on the 4 systems at our Wayne property. As was the case last year, they were extremely professional. Prior to completing the visit, John gave me a very comprehensive summary of what they found, the overall condition of each existing unit and very specific recommendations. MD has long since demonstrated their credibility and reliability to me in the past. As a result, I know I can trust their recommendations with a high degree of confidence. I regard them as a highly trustworthy service organization.

Fantastic experience! Well versed technicians who are polite, wear booties, and are on time! The Office sends you an email letting you know who was dispatched and when and with a picture. I had John who was awesome!! No up-selling, very honest. Very reliable company. I’m so glad I choose them!

John did a great job of explaining what was wrong and promptly fixed/replaced the failed pump! I was extremely thrilled with the service from my first interaction when I called about our air conditioning not working. The reception service was excellent; they got the technician dispatched quickly and John was courteous and efficient when he was here!! Thanks so much!!
