Paramount Plumbing has been so reliable for us. They responded quickly when we had a pipe burst in our kitchen to help resolve the immediate problem, and then were able to help fix the plumbing to avoid a similar situation in the future. Not to mention they good people, and reasonable as far as cost is concerned. Nick worked with us on both occasions, and I couldn't recommend him and Paramount any more highly. 5-stars and 2-thumbs up.

Nick came out to do annual service on my water heater and softener. As usual he was on time, conscientious and efficient. I had a extra issue come up with the refrigerator line and he was able to give me a quote electronically to replace that defective line and shut off then and there. Overall cost was fine for all the work that was done and I am completely satisfied with Nick. Jay also had to investigate an issue about proper venting of the water heater pipe and rendered a thoughtful and competent position that allowed us to move forward with a property inspection. Without Jay's follow up we would not be in a position to close on our home sale. They are courteous and competent professionals.

Paramount was fast, professional, made great recommendations to save money, and were not pushy at all. The left the place spotless and we couldn't be happier with the plumbing work that was done. We will definitely be using them again for all our plumbing needs.

Few companies care about professionalism anymore. These guys introduce themselves, put booties on their shoes, bring treats for my dogs and although I knew they were coming to inspect all of the plumbing in my home, they asked permission before walking into a new area - even before walking in my yard! I love this company. They work hard to earn my business and they’ve got it so long as they want it!
