My personal interactions with Eva home services has been great. 2 weeks ago, I had then come to fix my central air unit. It turned out to just need freon so that was great. Unfortunately last night my basement started to flood... Lucky for me, I called Eva, Tony answered and he showed up at 11pm with one of his techs to save the day.

Best emergency plumbers in Bethlehem. They came at 9pm to repair my water heater. A new replacement part that they needed was not available until the morning but the owner took a compatible part off his own water heater to get our hot water back on until his technician could get us the right part that we needed. EVA Home Services Technicians are top notch. The technician Jose was very knowledgeable and empathetic to our emergency situation. He was very informative, as to what preventative measures to take to avoid issues and how to DIY in case any small issues arise. He even took the time to look at other plumbing issues we’ve had, as a result of all the heavy rains this reason. We will not hesitate to call EVA Home Services for any of future plumbing needs. After waiting 2 days for a different plumber that never showed, I called Eva. They sent their technician out same day, and resolved my toilet leak within an hour. I really can't ask for more. West was super friendly and he seemed very knowledgeable. Tony was very professional and even kept me updated on when his tech would arrive.
