I rent from them. Couldn’t be happier. Our apartment is awesome and no complaints about KPMM Bethlehem‘s office staff or maintenance guys. Everyone is friendly and appreciate them for getting things done efficiently. They reply quickly when a maintenance request is submitted. I trust them to come into my unit anytime, even if we’re not home. I will never rent another place from another company or private landlords again! Renting from private landlords is a headache and they do thing half way. KPMM Bethlehem gets things done right the first time. Recommend them to my friends and family.

I was searching high and low for a rental. When I came across KPMM Bethlehem, it changed my world. They had many units available in Easton, Allentown and Bethlehem. Their office staff was kind and courteous. They listened to what I was looking for and narrowed it down to the property we went to see. I loved the house. It was in great condition. The application process was smooth and easy! I was approved in 3 days and move it was a breeze. I have ZERO complaints about KPMM Bethlehem and their team. I totally recommend them.

I’ve been a tenant of KPMM for over 7 years ..I moved away..and then decided to move back and when I came back they rented to me again and I’ve been a tenant ever since! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would.

They are not that bad...I just wished they would have told me all the utilities that were involved with my apartment before I signed the contract...they wait until you get the apartment and sign the contract to add on extra utilities and when asked about it, they respond to you as if you knew...
