I called Capparelli because of their excellent web reviews, and they did not disappoint. First their excellent answering service told me I would receive a call to make an appointment. Being later in the day, I expected to wait until the next business day. I was surprised to receive a call that evening at almost 7:00! Chris Capparelli was apologetic that he could only fit me in two days later. I was ecstatic, as I fully expected a week wait, at a minimum. Chris arrived on time at our house and kindly ignored the ‘spring break maelstrom’ he encountered, as we try to leverage our time off to clean the house. He demonstrated detailed knowledge of typical plumbing issues and clearly explained the ways in which a house’s construction can contribute to potential leaks/issues. He then gave his professional assessment that the issue was with a downspout in the roof, and any actions he took would possibly be excessive. He gave us clear guidance on how to isolate/identify the issue if it arises again, and the best/worst case scenarios. I will 100% call Capparelli’s for any plumbing needs in my future. They are a professional, knowledgeable and honest business, and I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in Centre County.

Chris came to our home within 24 hours of contacting him. He quickly fixed our plumbing issue, which was a tremendous relief. He is quite personable and was punctual. We have had experience with local contractors and I can say with confidence he is the best. I highly recommend.

Chris came over the same morning I called, and when we realized it was user error rather than a real plumbing problem (oops!), he nonetheless took the time to answer my questions and help me understand my house's system - all in a pleasant, non-condescending, and knowledgeable manner.
