I have used BC Freeman on three different occasions and have been more than happy with the service that I received. The work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Great job BCFreeman!

I have garage door issue and called BC Freeman to fix the issue. An electrician was able to come the next day and check the wirings and capacitor. However, he was not able to figure out what is wrong, but still charged for $85 at the end. I was never informed of the charge ahead of time. It seems ridiculous to NOT inform a customer that they will be charged for someone to come and look at the issue that they may not be able to fix. I then followed up with an email to the president of BC Freeman to complaint of the charge, and received a very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL response. I had previous experience with BC Freeman so this series of events came as a shock. Something has changed in the company in the past few months and no one I used to work with is still working at BC Freeman. Needless to say, BC Freeman has lost all my trust and I will not be using any of their service ever again.

I needed a full bathroom gut and remodel in December 2015. Called for an estimate. Came out in a timely manner. Checked out the bathroom and whatnot, seemed professional. They left without giving me an estimate, said they'd be in touch in a few days. Never heard a damn thing from them since and its may 2016. Apparently they didn't want my money??

Maurice and his crew are great. I had a plumbing problem that could have been a major problem but Maurice came out right away and fixed before there was the need for costly repairs. His prices are very competitive and he is extremely professional.

No one else I know has a lifetime guarantee on installs. These guys do! Maurice is the man when it comes to Mechanical and Electrical. You get what you pay for. Yeah Boy!
