No Show, No call. I would give him 0 stars if I could, made an appointment, talked to him twice to confirm. On the day of the appointment he did not show or call me, I called him that afternoon and the next morning left messages both times, no phone call back at all. What a poor way to conduct business. Don't call this guy if you actually want work done.
Removed and replaced water heater, and also installed my washer/dryer. Had knowledge of his trade as well as the governing codes. I passed my inspection the day after without an issue. Highly recommend his services!
Potts plumbing has done a lot of work on my house - including installing a new water heater, water main shutoff valve, fixing leaks, and unclogging clogged lines. Always reliable, I highly recommend!
