I can't say enough good things about Terry. He went out of his way to ( the week of New Year, no less!) to coordinate the excavation and repair of a broken water line in the front of our house. Furthermore, Terry is fair, efficient, pleasant and honest... what more could you want?

I have had a couple interactions so far with Apollo and have been rating about a 3, mainly because of issues with scheduling with them. Service and price was OK. After having acceptable service, I scheduled additional work - a furnace cleaning. They scheduled me a date/time. The date/time came and went but I did receive a call about needing to reschedule for the next day, so we did. The next day came and went. No call. The following day came and went. No call. I called them and asked the status. I was told they are busy but I was on the list and not sure why Terry never came by. So I asked what to do and was told "we're booked". Being confused I asked what that meant and if I should find another company and was told "we can schedule you for the end of next week", which caught me off guard since I thought I was already scheduled, and then was told "or you can find someone else. Good luck." With that I had to leave this review so others could be aware of scheduling issues with Apollo Plumbing and to be prepared if you choose to use them.

Apollo Plumbing was the worst service experience I have ever had, EVER! Called for an emergency service at 630am to repair a wall heater and a broken seal in my bathroom, so not heat/no water in the shower. They said "they could fit me in the afternoon." I thanked them and mentioned I would call around noon to check on the status of the service call. While juggling work responsibilities around noon, I called Apollo's service representative and got ahold of the same female that I called in the morning and instantly demanded a credit card that I needed to make a payment before the service representative had arrived, but I was away from my desk at work and didn't have my credit card on me regardless, (by the way it is illegal to seek payment before work is done as per the Contractors board). At 4:15pm, I received a call while I was extremely busy at work. I said, "did you fix the problems." The plumber stated, "no, I am on the way to your house now but I need a credit card for you now." I told him I would have to call him back because I was very busy with a client of my own. He said "ok" 20 minutes later, I called Apollo Plumbing and once again contacted the completely apathetic female service representative and said she pulled the plumber off the job because she didn't have a credit card on file. After a brief argument, she said, " good luck hon (honey)," and hung up the phone on me. I am writing this before my 12 hour work shift today, still with no shower water and no heater. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND JUST PLAIN WRONG to expect payment before your plumber even shows up. The icing on the cake was the completely rude and disrespectful nature of the female service representative. If you are the boss of this woman reading this, she is losing business for you every moment she is employed with you at Apollo Plumbing. I highly suggest Nixons or Rudys plumbing, as I have had good experiences with those plumbers. Sincerely, Nolan J Arieta
