I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for my leaky tub... The lady in the office said it’s $84.95 for the first hour and that’s from the moment they leave their office and that doesn’t include and parts or labor they may endure to check the tub. I said, really??? You don’t give free estimates? And the lady just hung up on me!!!! So if that’s how they conduct business over the phone I can’t imagine how they would be to work with. I’m definitely NOT going to use them for any of my plumbing needs!
