I called about a tub leak from the upstairs that was ruining my dining room ceiling. They made an appointment for someone to come look and give me an estimate. The appointment was for May 8th at 10:00am. At 11am I had to call and ask where they were because no one showed up. Finally at 11:15 a guy arrived. Then the guy that showed up knew nothing and had to take pictures so someone else could look at it and he said they would call and give me an estimate because he didn’t know numbers. It is now May 28th and no one ever called to give me an estimate. No one contacted me in any way. Apparently they don’t want any business. I would not recommend this company! They made it clear that they don’t care by showing up late, sending someone who knows nothing and then never returning phone calls. Take your business elsewhere!

Rich is my go-to guy and always tries to be available for you. Works his butt off. He and his crew are kind and considerate and do a great job If something doesn't seem right, he is willing to make it right. Just did a bathroom remodel, re-plumbed my house and did an awesome job! Stands by his work and is just an all-around great guy to do business with.

Rich was quick to answer my phone call and scheduled with me the same day. His previous appointment ran later than expected, but he called and offered to come later the same evening. Rich was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use him again!

Had frozen pipes called And Rich said he could be there in half hour . He was on time and got my pipes thawed out . I would highly recommend Roesly Machanical.
