Have used their services twice since moving back to Johnstown last year. First time was to repair a leaking radiator, second time was for main sewer replacement/installation & sump pump installation. Both times service was prompt, efficient and professional. The sewer install was particularly impressive. Had a full crew onsite out in the yard dredging up soil and turf (requiring removal of some fencing for backhoe access) and down in the basement ripping up the concrete floor--a major project. Done in 2 days flat with minimal disruption to the household--yard/landscaping was repaired/replaced with nary a hitch (yard restored & fence replaced) and concrete was professionally patched all throughout the basement. No hidden expenses cropped up at all, project cost did not deviate from the price quoted in the estimate. They were careful around the house & property, laid down blankets where necessary to avoid damaging surfaces in the house. Cleanup was efficient and professional, aside from the straw laid down in the yard and the concrete patches in the basement, you'd never have know a major project took place. Have never had a home contracting job go so smoothly & very happy with the results. Happy to recommend, thanks again guys.
Knowledgeable and kind staff! Got what I needed quickly to get my furnace running again.
Quick response, good prices
The gentleman at the counter was so helpful and patient. I had no idea what i needed so I showed my picture and he knew right away!!
Me and my husband hired s.meyers to replace a sewer line and after they left i noticed the house was cold so we tried the thermostat it didn't help i called s.meyers to come and look at it but me and my husband looked inside the operating manual to trouble shoot the reason a brand-new boiler would not turn on so we looked into the control panel box and realized the boiler was turned off from the panel inside me nor my husband had no problem with the boiler until after s.meyers had worked in my basement and we had no knowledge of the tiny switch located in the panel when we turned it back on the house heated up with no problem i didn't want to believe that they would try to sabotage my heating system but there was no one else who had access to the boiler and no other logical explanation for how the switch got turned off and only someone with knowledge of a boiler would know about that switch located in the panel i had no problem with the boiler until they worked in my home be cautious with s.meyers i won't recommend them to anyone or have any future business with that company or it's sneaky practice
