They did make a fast service call, BUT Do your homework before calling any of these hvac companies, they specialize in a particular brand an if your unit is different from what they specialize in, you might not only be paying for a service call but maybe a whole new hvac system. We cant get parts for your unit because its obsolete is what I was told, an that's not the case after calling home depot. L.H cant get parts bc its Mitsubishi an dont have means to do so. I'm very upset, a waste of $103 service call

Called because they said open 24 hours. Apparently only for existing customers .......which is fine for them-but their website is deceiving
