I got prices from 6 people and had 3 in person interviews.I judged only two people could do the job. Steve was not only the most reasonable but also did outstanding copper work on my water heater. Just call Steve from S E Green Plumbing
VERY EXPENSIVE! Charged us $950 to install a pressure tank. I looked up the price on the tank and they sell for under $200! He spent about 30 minutes installing the tank. The tank was also much smaller than the one we had and he insisted that it would be fine. Now we have very low water pressure. Have left many messages to have him come back and fix it and he will not return my calls. Stay away from this guy! He is a crook!!
Literally the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen in my life call the guy to complain and ask them to fix it and he told me he would not come out to my house unless I had cash in hand for him worst contractor ever unprofessional rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Steve is great he came out for a furnace issue on a cold windy day and got things working again...a different issue apperewd about 2 months later and was right there again spent most of the afternoon working on resolving the issue and got the furnace working again better than it had in a long time. I will be calling him soon about a few plumbing issues. I have not seen or experienced the issues that others report he has been profession and got the job done.
A hard working and generally nice person to deal with for starts. On his initial service call to our home he replaced the jet assembly in our well. During that visit he determined that we also had a "water logged" pressure tank and offered to replace at $750. We were kind of between a rock and a hard place and accepted that quote. He came by a day or two later and within 40 minutes our new tank was installed and everything was working fine. Once I had the tank part number I was able to research the cost for that tank online. The price varied from $250 to $279...which meant that we were being charged $471 labor to do the work. I knew I had been overcharged, but let it go! This was in September 2012. In September of this year (2017) the tank failed and water logged again. I contacted Mr. green on his cell phone where I had to leave a message. I was hoping that he could help to replace my tank under warranty. We never heard another word from him. I was able to have that tank replaced (5 years later) by a reputable company closer to our home at a cost of $355...which included a 2 man/hour labor charge and the brand new tank! It's not difficult to understand why there are some "not so good" recommendations for this plumber. Steer clear if you can!
