Al is a stand-up guy who knows the business. Despite the high number of calls and requests for service during a very hot stretch of summer Al was quick to respond to my request and able to create space in his schedule to come and resolve some issues with our A/C unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend Al and his business.
Hot day...air not working due to clogged drain. The large company came out but couldn't fix the problem. A phone call and a short time later and Al's Plumbing was here and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Without a doubt this company is now my "go to" should there be any plumbing needs in the future. The price was reasonable, too. ????
Highly recommend this company. Our HVAC died during a July heat wave in one of our rental properties and Al checked it inside and out to see if it could be repaired. It was a 20 year old system so we knew it was on borrowed time. He made a recommendation on Friday and returned Monday morning with a new system up and running by noon. Al is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I would use him again without hesitation.
The owner of the company Al, was extremely accommodating after hearing that our A/C broke last Friday night. My wife called his company after hours explaining we have two babies in the house and Al responded by fitting us in between jobs early Saturday morning knowing the importance of having a cool home for babies. Mind you other companies couldn’t fit us in until late Sunday night or Monday and this was an emergency. Al is very knowledgeable in his field, figured out the problem and corrected the previous workmanship done on the unit to make it right and working. Al is all about customer service, very straight forward and there are no Hidden fees Al. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will use his company going forward. The Douglas Family
Al was a life saver! As fate would have it, my A/C died late on a Sunday evening in the middle of summer. First thing Monday morning I had a fair quote to not only replace my A/C but my 25 year old furnace. He had the new unit installed and cooling my house off by Wednesday afternoon.
