We had our heating and cooling systems totally replaced and thought so highly of them, that we returned to have a sewer line moved and a powder room roughed out. The front office is very friendly and quickly got us the help/answers we needed. Scheduling, paperwork/warranties and bill payment were a breeze. The service guys are not only the best at what they do, they are friendly, patient (I ask a ton of questions) and respectful about working in your home. We worked with Kevin on every job and I cannot say enough about him - what an asset to this company! Bottom line - they did what they said they were going to do, correctly, the first time and were pleasant every step of the way. They were not the least expensive, but they also weren't the highest priced. I have complete confidence in the work that was performed; they were so meticulous to detail and really communicated with us so there was no confusion about the jobs. We plan on having them do additional work when we redo our bathrooms.

Platinum was able to come out on very short notice an get our AC back up and running. Even without the correct part in stock, Andrew Seal was able to provide a "quick fix" solution and a long term fix once correct parts were received.

I had some major plumbing issues due to a burst valve. Kenny @ Platinum was on time, explained the recommended work and pricing in detail. Did not try to upsell me other services. Honest about what was critical now and what could wait. Did not talk down to me (as a solo female I appreciated this). He and his assistant were efficient and thorough. Cleaned up thoroughly and courteous. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Platinum Plumbing and Heating provides amazing service from the phone call through completion of the job. Work is done correctly, the first time, and for a fair price. I have used them several times for both emergency and non emergency service and I am completely satisfied. I have also referred friends and relatives to them and I will continue to do so. While no one wants to have service work done, I feel much better knowing that Platinum is saved in my phone contacts.
