Zoom Drain

Main clogged sewer drain was the issue. Called (after calling Len the plumber - DO NOT USE) Zoom Drain at 10am, they were out at 11:30, went over the options, very competitive pricing ($375 compared to $490) job was done in 30 minutes, plus a 90 day guarantee. Tony could not have been nicer, more efficient, and willing to answer questions. I never write reviews for anything, but felt the need to reward honest service, in the day and age where customer service comes second to the almighty dollar. Great work Zoom Drain. Mark Sell came to my house and did an outstanding job. You can always tell technicians who take pride in what they do. I felt they really wanted to get the job done right. I would highly recommend and also use again as I am sure my daughters will inadvertently clog the drain. Keep zoom drain on speed dial. Communication was excellent and its clear that this is a well run company where its staff cares about the homeowner.

Brad is a great specialist, he’s funny and very thorough. He talked me through everything he was doing as well as going to do so I wasn’t worried about the procedure. We had very nice conversation as he worked and was quite a bit funnier than I originally expected. He solved my immediate problem in only a few hours and also gave me quite a few ideas as how to solve the remaining ones as he is not in those specific fields. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs his kind of work.
