Horrible customer service. I spoke with the staff responsible for thier schedualing of services 3 times over the course of a week and a half. Each time, i was assured some one would call me back before the end, only to be blown off. Twice by a guy named JJ and then worst of all, a third time by some other woman after i told her aboot jj blowing me off twice, and after her condemning his behaviour and assuring me she would get to the bottom of things and call me back with an appointment. I can only imagine the plumbers are just as bad.
Excellent local plumber!!! I waited nearly two weeks to find a plumber for a toilet leak. There were no shows, no call backs. Puddletown saved the day!! I got services within just two days of my call. They are courteous, friendly and so knowledgeable. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!
Keith is the man. Quick, high quality work. Very competitive prices. He set me up with new washer/dryer hookups and replaced my drain line with the properly sized pipes. He showed up, we went over the project, he gave me a bid and got to work. I'll definitely use these guys again for future projects and repairs.
Just the Best Plumbing company in Portland. Had garbage disposal leaking- Keith came out next day and replaced it. Reasonable prices and great service.
So this is the third time I've called these guys and each time the guys they send out do great work. The second time was to address a very slow drain. The guy couldn't clear the clog after working on it for a couple of hours so he said he wasn't going to charge us for the visit. This was unprompted by us but we were grateful since we still had to call a roto company to unclog the drain. Today I had someone come and remove a broken garbage disposal, and cut out the existing pipe, snake the drain and install a drain assembly without the a garbage disposal. He came without materials and ended up spending 1.75 hrs on the job but about half of that time was him going to George Moreland to get supplies. I expected to pay about $250-300. I was charged $465. I could have just paid them the $75 call fee and found someone else but i had taken off early from work to meet him and he was an hour delayed and i just wanted to get it done. The good news is the the sink drains perfectly. But now I'm sad because I have to find a new plumbing company so I don't feel like a sucker again.
