Really appreciated one of your drivers blocking traffic on Sandy Blvd today. He completely blocked access to and from a parking lot so that one car wouldn't get in front of him. The he played on his phone while blocking traffic. Rad.

I wonder if I have to know the Marketing Manager to get paid to write a 5 star review about how great this place is??? ???????????????? This place is horrible. Also interesting that this place is rated so high and has so many reviews on Google (a paid site) and on Yelp has minimal review and a low ratings (a site that verifies). BEWARE!!!

We really like River City Environmental. They have taken care of our tanks for years. The work is quality and the price is always a great quote. Since they have been servicing our system, we have not had any problems.

I love this place. They are quick to get the work done. They are honest about what things will cost and never hide fees for the end of a project. It is such a relief to be able to call them for a job and know I can not only afford it, but it won’t be out of my budget once they have finished. Can’t beat that anywhere!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. It is 7/14/19 , exactly one month after firing off a letter describing the several problems they caused on a simple septic-dosing-tank pump replacement......and guess what? Absolutely ZERO response. From their lackadaisical attitude about making MULTIPLE billing errors (including one that approached outright fraud...I have a copy) to the need to keep sending guys out to my house at $300-400 a pop, to essentially ignoring my original complaint....I wound up paying nearly $3000 to replace a $900 pump. They had to pump my tank twice because they never diagnosed the pump failure originally (because the right guy wasn't sent until LATER), sent multiple people out to do repeat work and the end result was over $900 in unnecessary, repeat services (2 septic tank pump-outs and an unnecessary plumber visit to tell me what I already knew from another guy.) Add to that, $600 in billing errors, that took multiple calls and emails and a couple weeks for each one to resolve. Not impressive The various folks that actually did the work were awesome. Professional and courteous.....but their mgmt team has set them up to fail by not having someone manage the process from beginning to end. And their lack of response to my letter is telling. Avoid.
